Using methods :
Cold Therapy-Steps:
1. Insert the Freeze Sleeve inside the protective sealed bag to prevent the sleeve from absorbing any moisture or outside smells.
2. Place it into your freezer for 2 hours to reach the optimal temperature.
3. To ensure maximum cold, turn down your freezer to the coldest setting. The sleeve will remain flexible even at -20°F.
Hot Therapy-Steps:
1.Remove sleeve from supplied bag. With sleeve at room temperature, place sleeve in center of microwave.
2.Microwave for 20 seconds and test sleeve temperature for comfort. If sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for additional 10 seconds. DO NOT heat for more than a total of 45 seconds. Sleeve should be warm, not hot.
3.If sleeve is too hot for comfort, allow sleeve to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached.
